Frozen Strawberry-White Chocolate Mousse Squares!

what you need


1 cup
 Oreo Baking Crumbs
1/4 cup
 butter, melted
1 pkg.
(170 g) Baker's White Chocolate, divided
2 tubs
(250 g each) Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread
1 can
(300 mL) low-fat sweetened condensed milk
1 cup
mashed fresh strawberries
1 cup
thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping

  1. Mix baking crumbs and butter until blended; press onto bottom of plastic wrap-lined 9-inch square pan.

  2. Microwave 5 oz. chocolate in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 min. or until melted. Beat cream cheese spread in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Blend in melted chocolate and strawberries. Whisk in Cool Whip; spread onto crust.

  3. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving. Shave remaining chocolate into curls; place on dessert. Use plastic wrap handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into squares.
