A thick and creamy smoothie that's reminiscent of a comforting oatmeal cookie

Ingredients
- 1 small frozen banana
- 1/4 cup raw oats
- 1 tsp. chia seeds (optional)
- 1/2 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavor
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk (regular milk works fine too)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into any standard blender and blend until smooth.
